General
We post shipments out once a week on a Monday so please allow for this additionally to the standard shipping timeframe.
Shipments can vary in time depending on country, area and customs control.
We typically send all UK orders and International orders using Royal Mail.
For each shipment we gain a receipt of proof of postage. HOWEVER this does not provide any tracking information.
Costs for shipping are displayed for each item and worked out depending on location.
Custom Fees
We are not responsible for any Custom Fees or Charges after we have shipped your package.
Custom Fees and Charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
